Personality: Witty, self-assured, friendly. Frank is a legacy hero; his parents used to be well-known heroes in their own rights (ninjas), until an accident crippled his mom. His shadow-controlling powers are pretty useless in most situations, so he generally relies on parkour and mixed martial arts as a crime-fighter. He inherited the goggles and the rocket-skates from his mother, and strives to live up to both his parent’s legacy. Frank is calm, cool, and collected, but has a playful side from being young. An adrenaline junkie, he’s a hero because he thought it would be fun – not out of any sense of loss or duty. He always has a witty remark to make in serious situations.
